Are You My Neighbor? is a video game based on the VeggieTales video of the same name. It was released for the 3DO and SNES in December 1995, and for the Sega Saturn in May 1996.
Gameplay[]
The game is divided into two sections. One being a side-scrolling platformer, with Larry avoiding pots to get to Junior. The other being a space shooter similar to Namco's Galaxian, instead of shooting aliens, you shoot popcorns with Jimmy and Jerry in a rocket.
Trivia[]
- This is the only game during this series of games not to be released on a PlayStation console, likely due to the PS1's difficulty to run 2D games, the Saturn was chosen because the Saturn was a 2D powerhouse.
- The game was at one point in development for the Atari Jaguar, but however, due to the difficulty to program for that console, development was shifted to the Sega Saturn.
